Real Sound was founded by Jeff Gardner and Will Kelly Jr., two seasoned engineers whose combined experience spans decades of live sound, technical direction, and full-scale event production.

Will brings deep technical mastery, system discipline, and a reputation for precision in high-stakes settings. Together, they built Real Sound to reflect shared standards: professionalism, accountability, and sound that serves the moment.
